Plus, Josh sports NAR’s Luxury Home Certification, is a licensed and active Broker in both Michigan and Florida and is the executive of our Commercial real estate division.

Josh and Julie have been married for 30 years, and we especially love Traverse City, where we have resided our entire married life, along with our daughter, Hattie.
